Mid-level Test Engineer
This role will report to our Lead Systems Engineer and operates within a matrixed organization, collaborating closely with Systems, Hardware, and Software Engineering teams across multiple projects. The Test Engineer is a key contributor to the development, execution, and improvement of test processes that ensure the quality and reliability of TAG’s electronics and PNT technologies. You will be engaged throughout the product lifecycle with emphasis on formal verification, production test, and fielded system support.
Requirements: (You MUST bring these skills to our team.)
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on test engineering experience, including developing and executing test procedures for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, land surveying or similar technical field or demonstrated equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Great attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
- Strong verbal, writing, and documentation skills.

- Experience with GNSS systems.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to be agile.
- Ability to work independently, as well as having the ability to collaborate with team groups.
- DoD Secret or TS cleared.
