As an Audio Engineer, you will:
Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects
Requirements
3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
Location
This role is remote and can be executed globally
